Rental Billing Policy Change
Effective October 10th, 2011
Safety Systems And Signs Hawaii will change how Rental Billings are Charged
We are changing our Rental Billing Policy to charge by 24 hour periods instead of calendar day. This policy change includes all rental items except for our line of Trench Shoring, Concrete Forming, and Scaffolding products.
What does this mean? This means that under our previous billing policy, if you picked up a rental product at 6:00PM today and returned it the next day at any time we would charge for 2 days rental. Under our new policy, if you were to rent a product at 6:00PM today and return it the next day before 6:00PM, you would only be charged for one day as long as you return it within a 24 hour period from the time you picked it up.
