3M's high capacity sorbents reduce waste because of their increased fluid handling capacity. Convenient sized pads can be quickly spread over and in the path of a spill. Pads can be placed on a work surface in anticipation of a spill, or used as a quick wipe. These pads are an ideal solution for marine application such as congested areas under docks, shallow waters, rocky shrorelines and beaches where skimmers cannot fit. Hydrophobic pads repel water but readily absorb most oil based liquids.
