Temporary Traffic Control Detour Plaque, Orange on Black When the normal function of the roadway is suspended, Temporary Traffic Control (TTC) planning provides for continuity of the movement of motor vehicle, bicycle, and pedestrian traffic. Standard:Supplemental plaques shall be used only in combination with warning or regulatory signs. They shall not be mounted alone or displayed alone. If used, a supplemental plaque shall be installed on the same post(s) as the warning sign.
