The anchor sleeve post provides a stable anchor for sign posts that are installed into the ground. The anchor is first installed into the ground. The anchor sleeve fits over the anchor post but does not go as deep as the anchor post. A drive cap is then inserted into the top of the anchor, which is then pounded into the ground. Finally the sign post is inserted into the anchor which keeps the post stable.
