The anchor post provides a stable anchor for sign posts that are installed into the ground. The anchor is first installed into the ground by using a drive cap that is inserted into the top of the anchor, which is then pounded into the ground, then the tubing is inserted into the anchor accompanied by wedges that secure the tubing in place.

  • ASTM designation A653 and FHWA approved for breakaway standards. Meets all requirements for NCHRP 350.
  • 7/16in holes 1in; on center
  • Hot dipped galvanized zinc coat conforms to coating designation G-90
  • Quality controlled tube forming and punching as well as smooth welding flash allows all sizes to telescope with each other and with all existing square signposts.
