Control MultiUse Encapsulant

The Control Multi-Use Encapsulant is a high performance blend of poly vinylidene fluoride (PVF) polymers and flame retardants that forms a super bonded membrane over asbestos and lead based paint. The bonding process reduces the risk of the particulate becoming airborne thus minimizing the associated health risk. The film forms a durable elastomeric barrier which has excellent impact resistance and provides long life in harsh environments. Its excellent adhesion and flexibility prevents damage from climate variations and structural movement. The film is non-combustible when exposed to open flame and is naturally resistant to many chemicals and oils. Multi-Use is an excellent primer for spray-back and water based architectural coatings. Cafco and W. R. Grace approved primer coat. White finish only.
