PervoStripe is the newest innovation in Waterbase Traffic Paint Technology.This product line is completely environmentally friendly and are absolutely lead free formulations.

PervoStripe is designed for use as traffic marking, legend work and parking delineation over asphalt, portland cement and concrete pavement.

The PervoStripe 6000 series is a high-build, extremely fast drying, durable, ready mixed, waterborne traffic coating that can dry to no tracking in 20 seconds and cure in 30 minutes, depending on temperature, wet film thickness and humidity. This technologically advanced coating boasts greater adhesion and durability and is comparable to more expensive thermo traffic marking materials.

Coverage

  • 100 square feet per gallon at 15 mils wet
  • 305, 4in wide lineal feet per gallon at 15 mils wet

Advisories

  • To get even distribution of paint pigment, paint should be agitated for 10-15 minutes. If necessary strain the paint.
  • Do not apply when temperature is below 50F
  • Do not heat coating in striping system above 110F
  • Do not apply first coat over fresh asphalt at more than 7 mils wet. Allow first coat to dry before applying second coat.
  • Do not leave water or water mixed with non-sudsing cleaner for more than 24 hours in spray equipment. We recommend using a mixture of glycol solution and water for storage in spray equipment longer than 24 hours.
  • Do not leave paint in lines that are not air tight for more than 24 hrs.
  • DO NOT MIX WITH WATER. Coating comes ready mixed.
  • Use water and/or any non-sudsing cleaner.
