Output production on the PowrLiner 4900 is 1.3 gpm. This output translates to production capabilities of 520 linear feet per minute, or 6 MPH. This is up to 60% higher production than the competition.
PowrLiners come with Titan's SGX-20 Airless Spray Gun. This gun has stainless steel fluid passages and a tungsten carbide ball valve and seat for extended duty life. It is pressure rated at 5000psi (345 BAR) and comes complete with a 4" (10 cm) SC-6 Reversible Striping Tip.
Single and double lines can be applied without gun adjustments*. All of these combinations are achieved with the same trigger comfortably located on the handle. One or both guns can be removed for stenciling applications. *Solid line, skip line requires minor control adjustment
No tools are required to remove guns for stenciling applications. Simply loosen the gun holster knob and remove gun. Return the gun back to it's clamp to continue striping.
Each gun comes with Titan's exclusive SC-6 Reversible Striping Tip. These tips outlast competitive Tips by 20% and are precision cut to produce crisp, sharp lines mile after mile. If a tip clog does occur, a simple twist of the tip expels the clog, in just seconds you're ready to continue striping, without any tools.
These world class stripers use long-stroke, slow-cycling paint pumps for consistent production of clean sharp lines. No clutches to wear or delicate pressure controls that fail. Hydraulic power eliminates the need for clutches and gears. Smooth hydraulic operation minimizes pulsing and vibration from constant clutch engagement.
The PowrLiners have a unique modular frame design that allows you to move the handle to the front to create a rear wheel caster configuration to suit the operators preference or specific job requirements.
All PowrLiners have a heavy duty Sure-Trak front caster system that allows you to transition from a straight line to a curved line smoothly and easily with a control lever on the handle. This caster system will automatically lock back into a true straight track once the lever is released. Sure-Trak precision radius lock makes painting curved lines and circles quick and easy.
Large Valve ports handle all traffic coatings including alkyd and water base, chlorinated rubber, low VOC, reflective premix and high solids - without thinning.
