Hazardous Materials Label - Marine Pollutant

According to IMDG 5.2.1.6.3, this marine pollutant mark must be used in conjunction with the hazard warning label when a material is considered to be a marine pollutant. ICC The Compliance Center manufactures these labels in accordance with the 49 CFR, TDG and IMDG regulations. These labels are produced on Duralabel and Thermalabel materials, which meet the 90 day sea-water test as outlined in the IMDG regulations.

Bulk and non-bulk packages containing material classed as marine pollutants must be marked on each end with the marine pollutant label in association with the hazard label or shipping name if no label is required.
