Hazardous Material ID System [HMIS]

HMIS labels - aid compliance with the OSHA Communication Standard that governs employees right to know about potential workplace hazards and they also provide a rapid indication of occupational hazards associated with workplace chemicals.

Use a marking pen to fill in 5 areas: Product Identification / Health Rating & Chronic Hazard / Flammability Rating / Personal Protective Codes.

Ratings: 0 = Minimal Hazard, 1 = Slight Hazard, 2 = Moderate Hazard, 3 = Serious Hazard, 4 = Severe Hazard.
