Impact Multigas Monitor

Impact and Impact Pro portable multi-gas monitors by Honeywell Analytics† monitor up to four gases simultaneously with a cartridge technology that ensures accurate and reliable measurements.

The basic Impact accepts a disposable sensor cartridge which is pre-calibrated and can be replaced in under one minute, thereby simplifying maintenance, reducing downtime, and minimizing total sensor cost. When utilizing Enforcer, 'bump test'/full calibrations can be simultaneously performed in under 90 seconds.

Basic Unit: Impact basic 4 gas monitor, Quick Start Guide, base station, rechargeable NiMH batteries, dry-cell battery holders, mains PSU flow adaptor belt clip, body harness, PC link cable, multi-media CD and configuration software for instrument configuration and data download, electronic pump and datalogging. Comes with no sensor.

The ImpactPro accepts both disposable and serviceable sensor cartridges which are pre-calibrated and can be replaced in under one minute. The ImpactPro comes with an internal pump which activates on demand by simply attaching the sampling hose.

The ImpactPro includes Safelink software which allows two instruments to communicate. The 'Attendant' at the point of entry to a confined space easily monitors the 'Entrant' working in the confined space via a unique communications link. Communications are continually checked and user programmed messages can be passed back and forth to ensure that regulations for working in confined spaces are observed.

Gas checks prior to entering a confined space can be carried out using a drop line, hand aspirator or via an optional built-in pump (supplied as standard on the Impact Pro) that turns on and off automatically when the sampling tube is connected.

Ultra-bright alarm lights and a powerful audible alarm, and a periodic green flash and bleep provide user confidence that monitoring is always in operation and alarms are never missed. For noisy environments a vibrating alarm is included as standard on the Impact Pro. A large, multi-lingual, back lit display, with intuitive menu system simplifies use and minimizes operator training.
